Palm Alliance-Scam?

Palm Alliance, an investment company promoted by certain members of Medium, appears to be a scam. Although their web site is up most of the time, for the past two months or more, it has been impossible to make a withdrawal or to contact them via chat, email or the listed telephone number.

The company seems to be located at 1201 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE, 19899. The phone number listed on their website is a constant busy signal.
